An engineer with an MBA specialising in oenological biochemistry, and a Higher Technician in viticulture and oenology, I founded Le COAM to combine my passion for teaching with my love of wine. For over 20 years, I have been supporting, advising and guiding wine enthusiasts and professionals, revealing the secrets of this art and making its appreciation accessible to all.
A pioneer in distance learning for wine, founder of ‘COAM’ (Cours d’Œnologie And More), blogger, podcaster, creator of the first WSET distance learning programmes in French, and author of the book *Le Vin Pas à Pas* (Éditions Ellipses), I dedicate my life to innovation in sharing my passion and oenological expertise.
I strive to make complex concepts accessible, driven by a deep conviction: passion can be felt. And when it is felt, it is passed on. And when it is passed on, we do much more than simply educate: we inspire.
My mission: to help everyone understand today’s wines, to learn so they can appreciate them better, and to live out their passion for wine to the full, wherever they may be.
